With over 20 years of worldwide major event experience, MANAGING DIRECTOR Mark formed XYZ in 2022 with a huge diary of events ahead. Assembling a team of his old mentors, XYZ delivered 27 concerts over 9 weekends in 8 locations across the UK. Mark remains hands-on and leads the onsite team from setup to breakdown.

Andy Cleary joined the team as OPERATIONS MANAGER for the summer tour in 2022. With a wealth of experience in B&I, Andy's calm and collected manner keeps the ship steady and everyone in check. Claiming to have once retired, the "Sergeant" as he is now dubbed, couldn't wait to do another season when the last one ended.

With over 35 years of major event experience, COMMERCIAL MANAGER, Finbarr is an integral part of the commercial operation. He's full of cheek and Irish charm, and keeps the crew in good humour. Another "retiree," he can't help but keep his hand in the trade.
